This Refund Policy is issued by CALBUDDY TECHNOLOGIES LTD. (“CalBuddy”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Israel. We want you to be happy with CalBuddy. If Premium isn’t right for you, this policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through our website.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchased a CalBuddy subscription through our website, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, for any reason. To request a refund, email us at app@calbuddy.co.il with the email address you used at checkout and your order number from your Paddle receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt email or use the link in it to contact Paddle directly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Purchases on this website are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle issues the invoice for your purchase and handles refund transactions on our behalf. Refunds are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms

The Yearly Plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You can cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged. If the trial converts to a paid subscription, the 14-day refund window applies from the date of the first charge.

5. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We send a receipt for every charge. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal you didn’t intend, contact us at app@calbuddy.co.il within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will review your request. In most cases, we will issue a refund for an unused renewal period. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel your subscription before the renewal date via your account settings or the link in your Paddle receipt. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

6. Purchases Made Through the App Store or Google Play

This policy applies only to purchases made through our website. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the refund is handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: request a refund through your Google Play order history. We can’t issue refunds directly for app-store purchases, but if you run into trouble, email us and we’ll do our best to help.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, regarding remote purchases.
